COMPANY BACKGROUND & B2B NATURE
REDPBM operates as the global brand for our manufacturing facility, which has been specializing in advanced LED technology and production since 2013. This website is strictly intended for Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions, including wholesale distributors, medical clinics, wellness centers, and OEM/ODM brand partners.
PRODUCTS & OEM/ODM SERVICES
Product Specifications: We strive to ensure that all descriptions, multi-wavelength configurations (e.g., 5, 7, or 9 wavelengths), and irradiance data provided on our site are accurate. However, continuous technical improvements may result in minor updates to product specifications without prior notice.
OEM/ODM Customization: For clients engaging in OEM/ODM services (including custom face mask designs, specific wavelength combinations, and localized branding for markets such as the US), all technical specifications, tooling costs, and intellectual property rights will be governed by a separate, specific Manufacturing Agreement or Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Compliance: While our devices are manufactured to rigorous clinical and safety standards, buyers are responsible for ensuring that the importation and sale of REDPBM devices comply with local medical or electronic device regulations (e.g., FDA, CE) in their respective countries.
ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
Quotes: All price quotes provided via our website or email are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include international shipping, customs duties, or local taxes unless explicitly negotiated.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Wholesale pricing and OEM/ODM projects are subject to specific MOQs, which will be detailed in your official Proforma Invoice (PI).
Payment Terms: Standard B2B payment terms apply. Orders typically require a standard deposit (e.g., 30% T/T advance) to commence production, with the balance due before shipment. We reserve the right to withhold shipment until full payment is cleared.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS
Lead Times: Estimated production and lead times depend on order volume and OEM customization complexity. Delays caused by force majeure, material shortages, or global logistics disruptions will be communicated promptly but do not constitute a breach of contract.
Incoterms: Shipping terms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) will be clearly defined in your purchase contract. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterms.
WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Hardware Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our manufacturing. REDPBM offers a standard limited warranty (typically 1 to 3 years, depending on the specific model and components like dual-chip LEDs) against manufacturing defects under normal commercial or personal use.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized dismantling, incorrect voltage application, or extreme environmental exposure.
Claims: Warranty claims must be submitted with valid proof of purchase, serial numbers, and visual evidence (photos/videos). We will, at our discretion, provide replacement parts, repair services, or a complete replacement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on www.redpbm.com, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and optical technology concepts, is the exclusive property of REDPBM and its parent manufacturing entity. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or competitive reverse-engineering of our website content or proprietary multi-wavelength designs is strictly prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REDPBM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business interruption) arising from the use of our website, the purchase of our products, or reliance on any photobiomodulation (PBM) therapy guidelines provided. Our total liability regarding any product shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the buyer for that specific product.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, where our manufacturing headquarters is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or business transactions shall be resolved through friendly negotiations. If a settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in our jurisdiction.
